Shipping & Returns

The majority of our pieces are made-to-order. Please allow at least 10 business days for delivery unless otherwise stated on the product's page. If a rush order is required, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.

All orders will ship with a signature required. If you would like us to ship your order with no signature required, please email shop@markarian-nyc.com.

Our in stock pieces will ship in 1-2 business days. 

Domestic (US) Orders: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of merchandise of only new, unused, undamaged, and unaltered items with all garment tags attached in the original packaging including boxes and garment bags. Returns are not accepted on bridal orders, special orders, custom orders, or items marked "nonreturnable". If you need to return an item, please email shop@markarian-nyc.com.

International Orders: International shipping is provided by our partner Global-e and are shipped via DHL. All international shipping charges and duties will be reflected at checkout. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of merchandise of only new, unused, undamaged, and unaltered items with all garment tags attached in the original packaging including boxes and garment bags. International return shipping charges will be deducted from the final refund. Returns are not accepted on bridal orders, special orders, custom orders, or items marked "nonreturnable".
